Central Michigan’s Premier Links Style Course
Eagle Glen

Welcome to Eagle Glen!
GOLF AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE PLAYED
Ray Hearn and Jerry Matthews replicated a little corner of Scotland right here in mid-Michigan. Eagle Glen is known throughout the state of Michigan for its beautiful appearance year-to-year maintained by Superintendent James Halstead and staff. The course consists of large, quick, undulating greens that always roll true, well manicured bent grass tees and fairways, environmentally protected natural wetlands, 73 bunkers and hundreds of mounds, all of which makes Eagle Glen a true hidden gem. Tucked away in Farwell and conveniently close to US-27, US-10 and M-115, Eagle Glen is a must play on your next northern Michigan golf trip! Complete practice facilities are available as well as a full service Pro Shop and Grill! We are also one of very few clubs in the State to own a Solo Rider golf cart to accommodate disabled golfers. Golf at Its Best
FARWELL, MI
Featuring bent grass tees, greens and fairways, this is a must play on your next northern Michigan golf trip!
“I gave this course 5 stars because it was absolutely great! I loved my first time experience here. We pulled into the parking lot and a gentleman met us with a golf cart. Very friendly and informative. We ran into a fog delay but were able to use the driving range and putting green until they released us to head to the first tee. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and relaxed. The clubhouse was very clean and organized. This course is a lynx style course. Very open layout with undulating fairways and greens. The rough was well trimmed and playable. The tall grass or heather was something you didn’t want to be in but I did see some people trying to hit out of it. We were told for the pace of play sometimes it better to pick up your ball and move it out of the heather. The fairways were in great shape and well taken care of. The greens had previously been aerated and sanded but were rolling very well. There is water in several places and some do require a well placed shot. All in all this course is a must play and I will be heading back next year to play at least two rounds in a day. Thanks to all the staff at Eagle Glen for a great time!“
